I participated in a HCL hiring activity, 1st stage was cleared with top 10 and second stage result is 0. why?

you prepared the test cases in this way that 16 test cases are running on the same time, if one of them failed you fail the guy... what kind of evalution this is?

I gave 3 hours to write the code and for many test cases it was working fine, except few, in this situation at least you may remark on the basis of number of testcases passed. but you gave 0... which mean a guy didn't write single line of code is equavalant to who gave 3 hours to prepare the program.

very bad strategy.
